What’s New on the Stovall & Hoggard Communications Network

Although we are still a fledgling network on blogtalk radio (www.blogtalkradio.com), the Stovall & Hoggard Communications Network (www.blogtalkradio.com/sandhcn) has produced several blogtalk radio episodes that have exciting content we wanted to share with you on our blog. Just this week, fitness experts Ken Williams (Bootcamp for Women) and Tiffany Santana (Metro Bootcamp for Woman) did a show about exercise and fitness for the baby boomer generation or the 50 and fabulous set. They offered tips on how people 50 and over could stay fit, begin an exercise regimen and stay safe and demonstrated how exercise strengthened muscles and bones even for those people past the age of 50.

In last week’s episode of A Total Body Synergy, your host Dawn Stovall (founder of the Stovall and Hoggard Communications Network) and co-host Dr. Bunny Stovall (natural medicine practitioner) talked about the benefit of drinking water. They talked about our public water systems, the amount of money we spend on bottled water and the fact that water is one of the most forgotten and least understood resources of what we can do for our health. They also talked about a fantastic product called Aqualyte.

On last week’s episode of Sisters Chat, the team talked about topics trending in the news and on social media. Some of the topics discussed included the latest cases of Ebola, negative political advertising, NFL bad boys in the news, gay marriage, actor Stephen Collins’ legal troubles and much more.

All of these episodes and much more are available on-demand at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/sandhcn. Check us out. You’ll be pleasantly surprised. We have content for everyone. If you’re in need of health and fitness information; information about natural medicine, or what’s happening in politics, you’ll find it on the S&HCN. Give us a listen.
